Handling of personal data
Folkets Hus i Stockholm Konferens och Kongress AB follows the directives of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) demands.
If you have an account or have written a comment you have the right to know what personal data we have that belongs to you, including all the data you have given us. You can also demand that we remove all the information we have about you.

- Company name
- E-mail address and phone number
- Electronic identities, such as IP address
We can also access your personal data in other ways, such as
- Data we retrieve through public registers
- Data we retrieve through our employees and partners
- Data that has been submitted associated with offers and contracts
How your data is protected
You should always feel safe when you give us personal data. We prioritize high IT security with encrypted hardware that protects from infringements, with your integrity in mind.

No personal data will be available in open systems. Removal of personal data and contact information will be handled regularly or when a business relationship ends. This will not affect data we save for legal, administrative or security purposes.
Personal data given to us affiliated with competitions and lotteries will only be saved as long as the activity is live and will be removed once any prizes are delivered.
Right to demand information

You have the right to know what information we have about you and to have it corrected, but observe that we only have access to information that has been used in occasions where you have contacted us.
Incident management
In case of theft, illegal data entry or other incidents affiliated with sensitive data, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection alerted immediately.
